The Greece international defender has signed a three-year contract with the newly-promoted Premier League side.
Holebas, whose former clubs include 1860 Munich and Olympiacos, made 34 appearances and scored one goal during his single season in Italy.
The full-back will link up with fellow new Hornet Marco Motta at Vicarage Road.
