West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie is expected to be fit for Sunday's match against Newcastle United following a calf injury.
The problem forced the Nigerian to sit out of his side's 1-1 draw with Wigan Athletic last Saturday.
However, it is thought that the 30-year-old trained earlier today (Wednesday) with the intention of playing over the weekend.
Odemwingie is the Baggies' top scorer this season with 10 goals in all competitions.
