Tony Pulis delighted with Salomon Rondon, Saido Berahino partnership

Tony Pulis highlights the work of strike partnership Salomon Rondon and Saido Berahino after West Bromwich Albion's 1-0 win over Manchester United.

West Bromwich Albion head coach Tony Pulis has praised the work of his two strikers Salomon Rondon and Saido Berahino after this afternoon's narrow Premier League victory over Manchester United.

Rondon scored the only goal of the game - his fourth in six league outings - after Juan Mata had been sent off in the first half for United.

Berahino was not on the scoresheet, but Pulis is pleased that the Englishman has put his desires to leave the club behind him to now fully focus on helping the Baggies.

"At the start of the season before the nonsense with Saido I was looking forward to them playing together," Pulis told Sky Sports News.

"Since Saido has come back in the two of them have looked really lively together and we look a threat."

West Brom have collected 10 points out of a possible 12 from their last four league matches to move up to 11th in the table on 39 points.

"The most important thing is the next game, as you've seen this year, results have been off the radar. Let's get 40 points, I think that's definitely safe," added Pulis.

Next up for the Baggies is a trip to Arsenal next Saturday.
