West Ham United have confirmed that Dan Potts has been released from hospital following a head injury.
The defender was knocked unconscious in an accidental collision with Bacary Sagna during Wednesday's 5-1 defeat at Arsenal in the Premier League.
The 18-year-old underwent tests on Thursday before he was told by doctors to rest at home.
"A big thank you to everyone for their support and messages," Potts told the club's official website. "Hopefully I am looking to feeling better over the next few days."
Potts has made six appearances for the Hammers this season.
