West Ham are reportedly considering Lille's Paulo Fonseca as a possible replacement for David Moyes, who is likely to leave the London Stadium this summer.

West Ham United have reportedly identified Lille manager Paulo Fonseca as a potential replacement for David Moyes next season.

The Hammers have struggled in the Premier League despite a spend of £160m in the summer, with the East Londoners only four points above the relegation zone in 15th place.

Moyes rejoined West Ham back in December 2019 and has since guided the club to a Europa League semi-final as well as successive top-seven finishes in the Premier League.

According to The Guardian, West Ham have identified Paulo Fonseca as a possible successor to Moyes's title as manager at the London Stadium, with the Hammers hierarchy assessing their options ahead of next season.

The report claims that West Ham are likely to part company with Moyes in the summer - a move which could lead to 50-year-old Fonseca taking up his first managerial job in England.

It is also said that Graham Potter and Brendan Rodgers are on the radar of the Europa Conference League semi-finalists following their departures from Chelsea and Leicester City respectively.

West Ham return to domestic action after their success against Gent with a trip to the South Coast to face Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon - a win could take Moyes's men seven points clear of the drop zone.
