Sochaux in talks with former West Ham United midfielder Alou Diarra?

Former West Ham United midfielder Alou Diarra is in talks to sign a deal with Ligue 2 side Sochaux, according to a report in the press.

Former West Ham United midfielder Alou Diarra is reportedly in talks to join Ligue 2 side Sochaux.

Local French newspaper L'Est Republicain suggests that the Diarra is currently in the process of speaking to representatives in Sochaux ahead of a possible deal.

It is believed that the midfield man has failed to reach agreements with other French sides recently, including Nancy and Bordeaux.

Sochaux were relegated from the French top flight last season, having finished 18th in the table and missing out on safety by two points.
