Agent: QPR must make first move for Victor Moses

The agent of Wigan Athletic star Victor Moses admits that Mark Hughes is interested in the winger.

The 21-year-old has been locked in contract talks with the Latics in recent weeks.

"The manager likes him but it's up to them to make an offer," Tony Finnegan said.

Moses joined Wigan from Crystal Palace for £2.5m in 2010.
