Goals from on-loan strikers Jermaine Beckford and James Vaughan earn Huddersfield a two-goal lead over Wolves at the break at the Galpharm Stadium.

A goal apiece from each of Huddersfield Town's on-loan strike duo has given them a 2-0 half-time lead over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Galpharm Stadium.

James Vaughan gave the Terriers a 10th-minute advantage with his third goal since arriving temporarily from Premier League Norwich City.

The former Everton forward climbed well to head in Jack Hunt's cross past Carl Ikeme in the visiting net.

Debuting Jermaine Pennant was almost non-existent for Wolves, but his namesake Beckford did have an impact in the first period as he extended Town's cushion.

The on-loan Leicester City striker, who also used to ply his trade with the Toffees, converted Adam Clayton's cross with a terrific first-time volley.
