Kenny Jackett: 'Wolverhampton Wanderers must maintain high standards'

Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett admits that his side will need to maintain their standards if they are to continue their unbeaten start to the season.

Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett has insisted that his side have had to perform to their maximum to move to second position in the League One table.

Jackett's team have picked up 13 points from their opening five matches, and the former Millwall boss has revealed that he expects the level of their performances to continue.

The 51-year-old told the Express & Star: "If we drop our standards, even by 5%, that could be the difference between winning and losing, because the only comfortable game that we've had so far has been Gillingham.

"Every other match has been tight and competitive and the opposition has pushed us all the way. We have to keep our standards high and make sure that we get everything out of our players."

Wolves host Swindon Town at Molineux on Saturday.
