It is widely expected that Wolverhampton Wanderers will be forced to sell some of their players after yesterday's relegation. Here, Sports Mole examines those that are most likely to leave Molineux.

In the wake of his club's relegation to the Championship yesterday afternoon, Wolverhampton Wanderers chief executive Jez Moxey has revealed that the club have no need to sell any of their squad in the summer.

However, as so often in cases of demotion from the Premier League, a number of the Wolves squad are reportedly keen to remain in the top flight for next season.

With that in mind, Sports Mole has identified the five players that are most likely to make a Molineux exit.

Steven Fletcher

His goalscoring form may have dried up in recent weeks, but Fletcher's goals this season were a large reason as to why Wolves survived as long as they managed. The Scottish striker also showed that he could produce at the highest level during a one-year stint with Burnley. As a result, the 25-year-old could well be a target for those clubs that have been promoted from the Championship. Having said that, Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill is also a reported admirer.

Matt Jarvis

Last season Jarvis's form caught the attention of the then England manager Fabio Capello, who called the winger up for a friendly encounter against Ghana. Despite receiving no international recognition this season, Jarvis has still been one of the club's brightest players. His ability to play on either flank, as well as his eye for goal, is said to have attracted the interest of Aston Villa and Stoke City.

Kevin Doyle

The Republic of Ireland striker has not always been considered a regular by the Wolves management this season. However, the 28-year-old has more often than not taken advantage of any starting opportunities that have come his way. Doyle's previous record in the Premier League with Reading is also likely to count in his favour with potential suitors.

Wayne Hennessey

Despite making a handful of errors this season, the majority of Hennessey's performances over the course of the campaign have seen him receive a number of plaudits. The Wales international is believed to be a transfer target of Queens Park Rangers, should they not suffer the same fate as Wolves. The 25-year-old's current knee ligament injury is not expected to scupper any potential transfer.

Jamie O'Hara

O'Hara's unavailability is seen by many as one of the major contributing factors behind the relegation. The midfielder's creativity has been sorely missed, particularly since Terry O'Connor took interim charge of the club. In recent days the Englishman has been linked with Alex McLeish's Aston Villa.
