Ostersunds FK forward Saman Ghoddos has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The West Midlands outfit currently sit at the top of the Championship standings, but head coach Nuno Espirito Santo is keen to secure competition for Leo Bonatini, who is the only recognised centre-forward in his squad.
Wolves have been linked with a number of different strikers but according to the Tasnim News Agency, scouts have been assessing the performances of Ghoddos.
The 24-year-old - who has earned four caps for Iran - has scored a total of 20 goals in 56 appearances for Ostersunds, who will face Arsenal in the last 32 of the Europa League after Christmas.
Ghoddos has netted twice in six appearances in Europe, with both goals coming against Ukrainian side FC Zorya Luhansk.
Queens Park Rangers have also been linked with a move for Ghoddos at the start of 2018.
