The motivational notes used by two-time Grand Slam champion Andy Murray have been leaked online.
The British number one tennis star appeared to have a list of tactical and mental reminders on a sheet of paper during his World Tennis Tournament campaign in Rotterdam earlier this month.
Dutch journalist Wilfred Genee posted an image of the notes on Twitter after obtaining them following Murray's straight-sets defeat to Gilles Simon in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Among the 10-point list, Murray, who lost to Novak Djokovic in the Australian Open final last month, was encouraged to "try your best" and "be intense with your legs".
Murray's motivational tips
1. Be good to yourself
