Lawrence Dallaglio has heaped praise on the work of Stuart Lancaster, Graham Rowntree and Andy Farrell following England's "exciting" start to their Six Nations campaign.
The former national team captain believes that the trio have managed to change the "culture" within the England set-up and encouraged competition for places following their 12-6 victory over Ireland.
The Red Rose, who have won both of their Six Nations encounters, are due to go up against France on February 23.
