Sports Mole looks ahead to league leaders Saracens's final game of the Aviva Premiership season against Bath tomorrow afternoon.

League leaders Saracens will look to finish the Aviva Premiership season with a win when they face Bath tomorrow afternoon.

The home side, who are already guaranteed a home fixture in the semi-finals of the playoffs, have made several changes to their starting lineup.

Charlie Hodgson starts at fly-half, with Owen Farrell switching to inside centre, while Brad Barritt and Ernst Joubert miss out through injury.

Meanwhile, Bath have named an unchanged side following their win over Leicester Tigers last time out.

A win for the visitors could be enough to seal them a place in next season's Heineken Cup depending on other results.
