Milos Raonic beats Donald Young in straight sets

Milos Raonic sets up a date with Benjamin Becker in the Australian Open third round, after a 6-4 7-6 6-3 win over Donald Young.

Milos Raonic is through to the Australian Open third round, after a dominant straight-sets win over Donald Young.

The Canadian breezed through the opening set and dropped just one point on his serve, before Young came back strongly in the second but still lost on a tie-break.

Raonic upped his game considerably in the third set and broke Young with ease, as he closed out a 6-4 7-6 6-3 win.

The eighth seed will now play Benjamin Becker in the next round.
