Agnieszka Radwanska into round three in Paris

Agnieszka Radwanska has reached round three of the French Open with a comfortable straight-sets triumph over Karolina Pliskova.

The third seed came through the opening set 6-3 before closing out the match 6-4 in the second against the world number 53.

The 25-year-old will now meet Ajla Tomljanovic in the next round following the Croatian's surprise victory against 32nd seed Elena Vesnina.

Radwanska made it through to the quarter-finals of last year's tournament at Roland Garros before losing to Sara Errani.
