Milos Raonic books third-round spot at Indian Wells

Milos Raonic takes two hours and 25 minutes to defeat Edouard Roger-Vasselin in the second round of the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells.

Milos Raonic has booked his place in the third round of the BNP Paribas Open with victory over Edouard Roger-Vasselin.

The world number 11 got the better of his French opponent 7-6(4) 4-6 7-6(2) in the second round at Indian Wells on Saturday.

It took two hours and 25 minutes for Raonic to achieve the win, during which he did not face a break point and hit 33 aces - the fourth-highest of his career.

Raonic will take on Alejandro Falla for a place in the fourth round of the tournament.
