Andy Murray aims to hit the ground running at Queen's

Andy Murray insists that it will be very hard to win the Aegon Championships this year due to the quality of the field.

Former champion Andy Murray has admitted that it will be a massive challenge for him to win the Aegon Championships for a fourth time.

The British star is joined by the likes of Rafael Nadal, Stanislas Wawrinka and Grigor Dimitrov for the event, while players such as Lleyton Hewitt, Sam Querrey and Fernando Verdasco are unseeded.

Murray told Sky Sports News: "Obviously it's a very tough field before a larger draw. Sometimes in the first couple of rounds, if you had a good draw, you could ease yourself into the grass-court season.

"That's not happening this year. Some of the guys playing here not seeded are excellent tennis players, and it's going to be very challenging. You need to be ready from the off this year."

Murray will meet Lu Yen-hsun in the first round.
