Roger Federer sets sights on Wimbledon triumph

Roger Federer talks up his chances of winning this year's Wimbledon tournament.

Roger Federer has said that he is aiming to bounce back from his defeat at the hands of Stanislas Wawrinka in the French Open by winning Wimbledon this summer.

The Swiss was beaten in straight sets by his compatriot at Roland Garros, but he insists that success in England is his target for the season.

"I'm already thinking what I'm going to do over the next few days, because Wimbledon is going to be a big goal for the season," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.

"That's where I want to play my best. It's a big goal for me. I want to win it, and I feel like my game is good.

"It's been solid, it's been positive, and I have just got to keep it up now."

Federer has won Wimbledon seven times during his illustrious career.
