Eduardo Vargas to have Queens Park Rangers medical?

A report claims that Napoli striker Eduardo Vargas will arrive in London tomorrow for a medical with Queens Park Rangers.

Eduardo Vargas will reportedly undergo a medical tomorrow ahead of his proposed switch to Queens Park Rangers.

The Napoli striker's form at the World Cup with Chile was thought to have attracted the attention of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.

However, Wenger's interest in the 24-year-old is believed to have since waned, which prompted R's boss Harry Redknapp to supposedly declare his desire to sign the frontman.

That proposal has been accepted by Napoli, with Vargas expected to arrive at QPR's training base in Harlington on Wednesday for a medical examination, according to Sky Sports News.

It is not yet known if the move will be a permanent one or a season-long loan deal.
