Half-Time Report: Atletico Madrid in control against Sevilla

Atletico Madrid lead Sevilla 2-0 after 45 minutes of their La Liga clash this evening.

Atletico Madrid are on course to move into second place in the La Liga table after taking a 2-0 lead at the halfway stage of their match against Sevilla this evening.

The hosts took the lead in the 19th minute when Koke's strike from the edge of the box took a deflection and looped into the far corner.

Atletico continued to dominate the match and Gabi saw a header tipped over the bar by Beto.

With three minutes of the first half left to play the hosts scored their second of the match as Saul Niguez headed in Miranda's cross from close range.
