The right wing-back joins the newly-crowned European champions for a reported £7.5m after a stellar season with the Rojiblancos.
The 25-year-old, who helped Unai Emery's men to Europa League glory last month, started 35 games in all competitions last term.
He will be unveiled to the media on Monday.
