Bournemouth are not interested in selling Benik Afobe during the January transfer window, according to a report.

Bournemouth are reportedly not interested in selling Benik Afobe during the January transfer window.

The 24-year-old has recently been linked with a move to Watford, who are expected to sign a new striker before the end of the month.

However, according to Sky Sports News, Bournemouth are yet to receive any offers for Afobe, and the Cherries have no interest in allowing the former Arsenal youngster to leave during the winter window.

Afobe joined Bournemouth from Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2016, and scored four times in 15 appearances in the second half of the 2015-16 campaign.

The Congo international has failed to score in 16 Premier League appearances this season, although he has been in the starting lineup on just five occasions.
