After a goalless first-half, Charlie Austin fired the away side into the lead in the 49th minute.
Theo Robinson drew the Rams level in the 71st minute when he tapped in from close-range.
County were in the lead for only three minutes before Austin earned all three points for Eddie Howe's side.
