Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Liverpool could line up for Saturday's Premier League clash with Chelsea.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is confident that Darwin Nunez will be available for Saturday's Premier League clash with Chelsea at Anfield.

The Uruguay striker has missed the Reds' last two games with an unspecified issue but should recover quickly enough to take his place at the tip of the Reds' attack.

Klopp is still without Virgil van Dijk, Arthur, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Luis Diaz, though, while Kostas Tsimikas will need to be assessed after sustaining a back injury in Wednesday's FA Cup third-round replay win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The expected return of Nunez should see Cody Gakpo revert to a wide role in place of Fabio Carvalho, while ex-Chelsea man Mohamed Salah is sure to come back in on the right flank.

Harvey Elliott started and scored a brilliant winner out wide at Molineux, and the teenager will hope to have done enough to warrant another start here, potentially ahead of Jordan Henderson in the middle as Salah returns in the final third.

Eighteen-year-old Stefan Bajcetic earned high praise for his performance against Wolves but should now drop out for a well-rested Fabinho, while Naby Keita will also cede his spot to Thiago Alcantara.

Tsimkas was always expected to make way for Andrew Robertson injured or not, while James Milner and Joe Gomez should also return to the bench as Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joel Matip come back into the fray.

Ibrahima Konate could therefore be the only member of the FA Cup backline to hold his spot, with Alisson Becker primed to come back in goal for Caoimhin Kelleher.
