Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech is in talks over a summer move to AC Milan, according to a report.
The 29-year-old has struggled to become a regular fixture of Thomas Tuchel's starting XI amid competition from Kai Havertz, Romelu Lukaku, Mason Mount, Timo Werner and Christian Pulisic.
Ziyech managed to find the back of the net eight times in 44 games last term, as well as providing six assists, but he only started 14 Premier League matches and was an unused substitute in a further 13.
As a result, Ziyech is being tipped to advance his career elsewhere in the 2022-23 season, but he remains under contract at Stamford Bridge until the summer of 2025.
A report from last month claimed that Chelsea were prepared to entertain reasonable offers for Ziyech, and the ex-Morocco international could now be heading for Serie A.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, AC Milan - who took Olivier Giroud and Fikayo Tomori off of Chelsea's hands last year - are now in discussions over a move for Ziyech.
Romano adds that the former Ajax man has been a long-term target for the Scudetto holders, who remain in constant dialogue with his entourage.
Chelsea and Tuchel are happy to part ways with Ziyech for the right price in the coming weeks, and the 29-year-old is also said to be open to the prospect of a switch to San Siro.
The Blues coughed up £36m to sign Ziyech from Ajax in the summer of 2020, and the Moroccan has gone on to register 14 goals and 10 assists in 83 appearances for the capital club.
Ziyech has won the Champions League, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup at Stamford Bridge in that time and was part of the famed 2018-19 Ajax squad that reached the semi-finals of Europe's elite competition.

Ziyech will not be the only Chelsea attacker to head for the exit door this summer, as wantaway striker Lukaku is closing in on a return to Inter Milan on loan.
Out-of-favour Werner is also being tipped to leave in the coming weeks, and the German could also be set for a Serie A stint with Juventus if reports of a player-plus-cash offer for Matthijs de Ligt are to be believed.
Chelsea have seemingly lost out on the signature of Gabriel Jesus to Arsenal, but Ousmane Dembele and Raheem Sterling remain on the radar of Tuchel.
The Blues are also set for a major shake-up in the defensive areas, with Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger leaving as free agents, while Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso's futures remain up in the air.
