Antonio Rudiger's proposed move to Real Madrid could reportedly cost the Spanish giants around €59m (£50m).
Thomas Tuchel revealed last weekend that the 29-year-old centre-back will be leaving Chelsea when his contract expires this summer.
Real Madrid are now understood to have reached an agreement with Rudiger's representatives for the defender to move to the Santiago Bernabeu as a free agent in July.
Even though there would be no transfer fee involved in the proposal, Marca reports that a deal to recruit the Germany international could cost them around €59m (£50m).
The report adds that Rudiger's salary and bonuses will be worth in the region of €11m per year over a four-year contract, and an extra €15m will be spent in commissions.
Rudiger, who returned to the Chelsea side on Thursday for the 1-1 draw away at Manchester United, has made 197 appearances for the Blues across all competitions and has won five major trophies.
