Crystal Palace have reportedly identified Bristol City forward Antoine Semenyo as a potential summer transfer target.
Patrick Vieira can claim to have enjoyed a productive period in the transfer market with four first-team additions having been made since the end of last season.
As it stands, however, the only attack-minded signing has been that of Derby County youngster Malcolm Ebiowei, who is expected to be handed opportunities from the substitutes' bench rather than in the starting lineup.
Despite the sale of Christian Benteke to DC United, Palace remain well stocked for options down the middle with Jean-Phillipe Mateta, Odsonne Edouard and Luke Plange currently competing for a starting spot.
Nevertheless, according to the Daily Mail, Vieira is giving consideration to trying to wrap up a deal for Semenyo.

The Frenchman is no stranger to signing talent from the Championship with Michael Olise among those who have linked up with Palace on the back of their performances in the second tier.
Semenyo enjoyed the best season of his career in 2021-22, contributing eight goals and 12 assists from just 31 appearances in the league.
While Bristol City would prefer to retain the services of the Ghana international, the 22-year-old currently has less than 12 months remaining on his contract.
Palace are said to be prepared to pay £12m to get a deal over the line, but Bristol City are allegedly looking to recoup closer to £15m.

Bournemouth and Everton are also reportedly monitoring the situation as they consider strengthening their respective forward ranks.
Although Scott Parker already has Dominic Solanke and Keiffer Moore at his disposal, Semenyo can play in any of the three positions across the frontline.
Meanwhile, Everton are in the market for a new striker with Dominic Calvert-Lewin currently sidelined with a knee injury and Richarlison having moved to Tottenham Hotspur.
Semenyo is yet to make an appearance for Bristol City this campaign due to a shin injury.
