Martin Jol: 'One win would propel us'

Martin Jol believes that Fulham just have to win once to start climbing the Premier League table.

Fulham manager Martin Jol has insisted that it would only take one win for his team to start to climb the Premier League table.

Jol, whose side face West Ham United on Saturday, said that there are still plenty of teams who need wins near the bottom of the table, so it is not yet time to panic.

"You can lose once or twice but you can't lose four or five times on the trot," BBC Sport quotes Jol as saying. "That will put you in a bad position.

"Of course there are other teams with the same problem, but one win will get us among others and take the pressure off."

Fulham are currently 18th in the Premier League.
