Leicester City defender Wes Morgan has revealed that he is yet to receive the offer of a new contract from the club.
The centre-back's current deal is due to expire in the summer, which would leave him free to join another team without the requirement of a transfer fee.
However, that has not prompted the Championship outfit to hand the 29-year-old fresh terms.
"It is unfortunate nothing has been sorted. Nothing has been said either. There are a lot of boys up at the end of the season and they are thinking about the situation," Sky Sports News quotes Morgan as saying.
"It would be nice to see support from upstairs. Hopefully, they will look at what our boys have done and reward some of them, or tell us one way or the other.
"We have a great team and it would be unfortunate if some of the players did go or start thinking about elsewhere."
The Jamaican international's former club Nottingham Forest are said to be monitoring his situation.
