Liverpool reportedly monitor Spartak Moscow striker Emmanuel Emenike as a potential replacement for Luis Suarez.

Liverpool are reportedly considering a summer swoop for Spartak Moscow striker Emmanuel Emenike in the event that Luis Suarez opts to leave Anfield.

While the Uruguay international has reiterated that he is happy with life on Merseyside, rumours have suggested that Bayern Munich are keen on signing the prolific forward at the end of the season.

It is understood that Liverpool are monitoring Emenike, who is valued at £10m, according to Russian newspaper Izvestia.

Arsenal and Reading have also been linked with a move for the forward, who scored four goals at the Africa Cup of Nations.
