Liverpool have reportedly placed a £15m price tag on defender Joel Matip.
Since joining the Reds from Schalke in 2016, Matip has made 181 appearances for Liverpool, contributing 10 goals and six assists.
After being left on the bench for three consecutive games, Matip was recalled to the starting lineup for Liverpool's away meeting with Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend after Ibrahima Konate joined fellow central defender Virgil van Dijk in the treatment room.
Matip went on to endure a miserable afternoon, scoring an own goal which set Wolves on their way to a comfortable 3-0 victory.
The 31-year-old's performance drew criticism from some quarters, and there are concerns over his poor recent run of form.

Due to a combination of selection decisions and injury issues, Matip has only started seven Premier League games this season, and having fallen down the pecking order, his time with the Merseyside club could be nearing an end.
With his contract set to expire in June 2024, a recent report claimed that Liverpool are willing to listen for offers in the summer.
The Reds also want to avoid a situation where Matip leaves on a free transfer in less than 18 months' time, and as a result they have now reportedly set an asking price.
According to Football Insider, the Reds are looking to receive offers in the region of £15m for the experienced defender.

Matip has enjoyed a large amount of success in his time with Liverpool, winning seven trophies, including a Premier League title and a Champions League crown.
While his future at the club may be uncertain, Matip could start Monday's Merseyside derby against local rivals Everton.
The Reds will be looking to end their poor run of form after picking up just one point from their last four league games.
Liverpool are currently sat in 10th place in the Premier League table - 11 points adrift of the top four.
