Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko pleased with Sergio Aguero return

Edin Dzeko admits that he was delighted to see teammate Sergio Aguero complete his injury comeback.

Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko has expressed his delight at seeing teammate Sergio Aguero return from injury during this evening's FA Cup third-round replay against Blackburn Rovers.

The Argentine, who has spent the last month on the sidelines, came off the bench to score City's fourth in a 5-0 victory.

"That's great news for the team because he's one of the important players for the team," Sky Sports News quotes Dzeko as saying.

The win keeps City in contention for four trophies this season, but the Bosnian international insists that his team are focusing on one game at a time.

"We are still there for four trophies but our target is to try to win every next game," he added.

"We have a few world-class players especially bought in the new season like Fernandinho, [Jesus] Navas, [Alvaro] Negredo. It's amazing to have them here and that's why we are better."

City will play Watford at home in the fourth round.
