Louis van Gaal hails Manchester United's organisation following Club Brugge win

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal hails his side's organisational skills after they beat Club Brugge to reach the group stages of the Champions League.

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has talked up his side's organisational qualities after they beat Club Brugge to secure a spot in the group stages of the Champions League.

United had a Wayne Rooney hat-trick to thank as they earned a 4-0 victory in the second leg of their qualifying clash, and the team's coach has since been quick to highlight his players' teamwork following the win.

"I think we were very organised. We played the ball a little bit more simple than before. You can create gaps and we scored so that is also good," Van Gaal told BT Sport after the game.

"Every goal shall give confidence to every player, even Wayne. I'm very happy for him.

"He has the best mentality that you can imagine. Such players with thealt level will always come back."

United will now be in the draw for the all-important group stages on Friday.
