Arsenal remain the only side with a 100% record at the start of the 2022-23 Premier League campaign, with the Gunners leading the way courtesy of four wins from their opening four matches of the season.
Mikel Arteta's side recorded a 2-1 victory over Fulham on Saturday, while Manchester United, Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City were also winners on the same day.
Man United made it back-to-back successes in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory at Southampton, while Brighton beat Leeds United 1-0, and the champions Man City managed to come from two goals behind against Crystal Palace to record a 4-2 victory at the Etihad Stadium.
Chelsea also picked up a much-needed three points at home to Leicester City, with the Blues managing to bounce back from their three-goal loss to Leeds.
The standout result of Saturday came at Anfield, though, with Liverpool scoring nine unanswered goals against Bournemouth to return to winning ways in style.
Elsewhere, Brentford and Everton played out a 1-1 draw, with Frank Lampard's side in the relegation zone courtesy of a total of two points from four matches.
On Sunday, West Ham United recorded a 1-0 win over Aston Villa, while Tottenham Hotspur continued their strong start with a 2-0 victory at Nottingham Forest.
Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United also played out a 1-1 draw on Sunday, with Allan Saint-Maximin levelling in the final exchanges of the clash at Molineux.
Here, Sports Mole picks its Premier League Team of the Week, with a number of attackers putting in strong performances in the latest round of action.
DEFENCE

Dean Henderson conceded twice in Forest's defeat at home to Tottenham, but the on-loan Manchester United goalkeeper saved a penalty from Harry Kane and also made a number of other impressive stops throughout the contest. The 25-year-old was on the losing side, but it was a strong performance from a player who seemingly believes that he has a point to prove this term.
Diogo Dalot is one of three defenders in this particular side, with the Portugal international putting in a strong performance for Man United at Southampton on Saturday; it was the right-back's cross that set up Bruno Fernandes for the only goal of the match, and he was also impressive defensively at St Mary's.
In the same match, Armel Bella-Kotchap put in a brilliant performance for Southampton, with the 20-year-old arguably the best player on the field. Bella-Kotchap passed up two good opportunities to score for the Saints, but he was defensively brilliant, making challenge after challenge, and Southampton will do well to keep hold of him if he continues to perform at that level throughout the season.
There is also a position at the back for James Tarkowski, who put in a strong performance during Everton's 1-1 draw with Brentford on Saturday afternoon. The 29-year-old won seven aerial duels and two tackles during an excellent display in the English capital, while he also had a pass success rate of 83%.
MIDFIELD

A three-man midfield includes Ruben Neves, who has been linked with a move away from Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer but appears almost certain to remain at Molineux. The Portugal international scored his side's opener in the 1-1 draw with Newcastle, and he was excellent throughout the contest, making six tackles and boasting a pass success rate of 80%.
There is also a spot for Pascal Gross, who has been a key contributor to Brighton's strong start to the campaign. The 31-year-old scored the only goal of the match against Leeds on Saturday, and he was involved in the majority of Brighton's good work in the final third of the field.
Pablo Fornals, meanwhile, is included due to his display in West Ham's 1-0 win at Aston Villa on Sunday. The 26-year-old scored the only goal of the match at Villa Park, while he was also involved defensively, making three tackles, with the Spaniard contributing at both ends of the field for the Hammers.
ATTACK

A four-man attack includes Roberto Firmino, who was brilliant in Liverpool's stunning 9-0 win over Southampton on Saturday. The Brazilian struggled at Old Trafford last time out, but he was back to his best at Anfield, scoring twice and providing three assists, as Jurgen Klopp's side ran riot in front of their own supporters.
There is also a spot for Raheem Sterling, with the England international netting both of Chelsea's goals in Saturday's 2-1 victory at Leicester. The 27-year-old made the breakthrough in the 47th minute of the match before scoring a second in the 63rd minute, and it was a brilliant all-round display from the attacker.
Erling Braut Haaland, meanwhile, sails into this side due to his performance in Man City's win over Palace. The Citizens were 2-0 down inside 21 minutes but managed to recover, with Haaland scoring a second-half hat-trick at the Etihad Stadium. Palace just could not deal with the Norway international, who demonstrated why he is one of the most feared centre-forwards in world football.
Harry Kane completes the lineup courtesy of his display in Tottenham's win at Forest on Sunday. The England captain missed a penalty against Steve Cooper's side, but he ended the contest with two goals from six shots, contributing heavily to Spurs picking up an important three points ahead of their next game with West Ham.
