Shinji Kagawa will make his Manchester United debut during tomorrow's pre-season friendly against AmaZulu.

Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed that Shinji Kagawa will make his Manchester United debut tomorrow evening.

The Japanese international completed his switch to the Red Devils from German champions Borussia Dortmund earlier this month.

Despite having only recently joined the club, Ferguson has revealed that he will feature from the start during the pre-season friendly encounter against AmaZulu in Durban.

"The priority is to get the experienced players fit but young players will play in each game. It's likely that Kagawa will start with Chicharito," Ferguson told reporters.

The likes of Michael Carrick, Rio Ferdinand and Paul Scholes are also expected to be named in the starting lineup.
