Report: Fenerbahce preparing Robin van Persie move

A report claims that Turkish outfit Fenerbahce want to sign Manchester United forward Robin van Persie.

Turkish outfit Fenerbahce are reportedly preparing a sensational swoop for Manchester United forward Robin van Persie.

The Dutchman has scored 48 goals in 76 games for United since making the move from Arsenal, including 26 league goals in their title-winning 2012-13 campaign.

However, it is understood that the experienced forward has been unsettled by the arrival of Radamel Falcao on loan from Monaco.

According to Hurriyet, Fenerbahce will ask their Dutch attacker Dirk Kuyt to convince his countryman to make the move to Turkey.

Van Persie is yet to score for United this season.
