Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly considering a move for Manchester United midfielder Fred, who has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing Manchester United midfielder Fred.

The Brazilian's current contract was set to expire at the end of the season before United triggered a one-year extension earlier this week.

Although Fred was one of four United players to have their deal extended, his long-term future at the club remains uncertain due to a lack of playing time.

Following the arrivals of Christian Eriksen and Casemiro in the summer, Fred has only started four Premier League games this season.

With Fred currently out of favour, The Sun claims that PSG are weighing up a move for the 29-year-old, who could be tempted to link up with his international teammates, Neymar and Marquinhos.

After the Red Devils decided to extend Fred's current deal, the report states that they would not entertain any offers below £30m.

The Brazil international has been with United since 2018, scoring nine goals and registering 13 assists in 174 appearances.
