Half-Time Report: Nantes lead Paris Saint-Germain at the interval

Yacine Bammou scores the only goal of the first half as Nantes hold a 1-0 lead over champions Paris Saint-Germain.

Nantes head into half time with a surprise 1-0 lead over Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1.

Yacine Bammou did the damage in the 11th minute, heading home Valentin Rongier's corner to peg the French champions back.

It could have been even worse for PSG at the break as Bammou struck the post moments after firing Nantes into the lead.

The hosts hit the woodwork again in the 22nd minute, this time through Wilfried Moimbe, whose effort from an acute angle was just inches away from doubling the lead.

PSG's best chance to equalise came in the 20th minute when Zlatan Ibrahimovic gained possession in the box and forced a save out of Remy Riou, but tight defending from the hosts prevented them from creating any further clear-cut chances in the first period.
