A winding-up order placed on Notts County has been dismissed by the High Court.
The League One outfit were served with the order by HM Revenue & Customs over payments due on December 19 last year.
Despite the action, the club have ensured that all their VAT and PAYE monies are up to date, which forced the Magpies to take the matter to court.
The club took their case to the High Court today and were successful in their bid to have the winding-up order dropped, according to Sky Sports News.
The club branded the situation "disruptive and damaging".
