Portsmouth manager Michael Appleton has said that he is considering offering Blackburn Rovers midfielder Amine Linganzi a second trial at the club.
Pompy are winless in four games this season and Appleton is desperate to strengthen his small squad.
"We definitely need to get some players in, although I'm not sure if I can," Appleton told The News.
"[Linganzi] has been on trial with some other French lads. Whether we'll get him in and have another look I don't know.
"We aren't able to do anything at the moment, though. I have to be patient and see what next week brings."
Linganzi, 22, has not featured for Rovers in over 18 months.
