Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Queens Park Rangers.
McKenna has been linked with a move south of the border over the past 18 months, with the likes of Wolverhampton Wanderers and Aston Villa having previously been suggested as potential destinations.
However, according to the Daily Record, the Scotland international also has interest from the Championship with QPR said to be considering a bid in January.
Providing that Aberdeen's valuation, previously in excess of £7m, is lowered, the London outfit see the 23-year-old as a player who could help the club into the playoffs.
While the Scottish Premiership side have maintained a stance that McKenna is not for sale, they may have to start to consider any offers with just 18 months left on his contract.
