Real Madrid midfielder Kaka has reportedly agreed personal terms with AC Milan.
The Brazilian has endured a torrid time since moving to the Santiago Bernabeu in 2009 for a then-world record fee of £56m.
The playmaker has been plagued with injuries in Spain but now looks as if he could rejoin his former club after agreeing personal terms with the Rossoneri, according to Italian website Sport Mediaset.
Kaka spent six years at the San Siro in his first spell with the club, but will have to wait for the two clubs to agree a fee before beginning a second stint.
Should Kaka complete a switch back to Italy, it could pave the way for Tottenham Hotspur's Luka Modric to join the La Liga champions.
