Roma goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis has admitted that Friday night's game against his old side Napoli could be important for the capital club's Serie A title challenge.
A win at the Stadio Olimpico would see Roma move five points clear of Rafael Benitez's and maintain their 100% start to the season, but De Sanctis is not taking anything for granted.
"This is an important moment of the season, even if it is only early," De Sanctis told Sky Sport 24. "It will definitely be a game unlike any other.
"I think that Napoli can rely on a stronger team spirit than last season. Benitez has the ability to do a great job.
"Juventus have the advantage of working with Antonio Conte for the third year in a row, while Napoli have a coach with new ideas. I hope the supporters of both clubs enjoy the show. We will make it as exciting as possible."
De Sanctis was at Napoli for four years before moving to Roma this summer.
