Steve Evans delighted by Rotherham United promotion

Rotherham boss Steve Evans expresses his delight following the team's promotion to the Championship.

Rotherham United boss Steve Evans has expressed his delight following the team's promotion to the Championship.

The Millers fought back from two goals down at Wembley Stadium on Sunday to beat Leyton Orient 4-3 on penalties in the League One playoff final.

"If someone phones me tonight and says I've won the lottery, this is better," Evans told Sky Sports News. "We were dead and buried at half time, but we've been written off all season."

Rotherham finished the 2013-14 campaign in fourth place in the League One table.
