Team News: Steve Evans keeps faith with Kelle Roos

Steve Evans names under-fire goalkeeper Kelle Roos in his first XI for the visit of Preston North End.

Rotherham United boss Steve Evans has kept faith with goalkeeper Kelle Roos for tonight's visit of Preston North End at the New York Stadium.

Evans sticks with the Dutchman, 23, despite an error in the 2-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest last time out, having already endured a nightmare debut against MK Dons.

The Millers are unchanged from the County Ground, as are Preston following their win at Stadium MK at the weekend.

Paul Gallagher, who netted in the 1-0 victory away to the Dons, continues in midfield, while Joe Garner and Will Keane spearhead the attack.

United come into the clash bottom of the Championship table with zero points from their first two games, while Preston sit ninth with four points.

Rotherham United: Roos; Buxton, Collins, Halford, Mattock; Maguire, Frecklington, Smallwood, Newell; Bowery, Derbyshire

Preston North End: Pickford; Wright, Huntington, Clarke, Cunningham; Humphrey, Gallagher, Welsh, Johnson; Garner, Keane
