Stevenage add Charlie Lee, Chris Beardsley

Stevenage secure the services of both Charlie Lee and Chris Beardsley ahead of the new League Two season.

Charlie Lee and Chris Beardsley have both agreed to join League Two outfit Stevenage.

Defender Lee has arrived at the Lamex Stadium following a three-year stint with Gillingham, for whom he signed from Peterborough United in 2011.

Meanwhile, for Beardsley, it will be his second spell as a Stevenage player.

The 30-year-old striker, who has more recently played for Preston North End and Bristol Rovers, made 117 appearances for Boro between 2009 and 2012.
