Steve Bull: 'I'd manage Wolves'

Wolverhampton Wanderers legend Steve Bull says that he would accept an offer to manage the club.

Former Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Steve Bull has insisted that he would not turn down the opportunity to manage the club.

His former teammate Ally Robertson recently suggested that the 48-year-old would be the ideal candidate to take on the role, which has been vacant since the board took the decision to sack Dean Saunders last week.

With the team preparing for life in League One following their recent relegation from the Championship, the club's leading goalscorer of all time Bull has claimed that he would sort out the problems at Molineux.

"I would sort it out. If somebody knocked on my door and said I'd have a chance of doing it, then I wouldn't say no. I would not say no at all," he told the Birmingham Mail.

A report from earlier today has claimed that Steve McClaren is a leading contender for the job.
