Two tries from Sean O'Loughlin and Josh Charnley in the final eight minutes helped Wigan Warriors rescue a dramatic 14-14 draw against Hull Kingston Rovers tonight.
Dan Sarginson got Wigan off to an ideal start by crossing over for a try as early as the second minute, but Matty Smith failed to add the conversion.
The hosts rallied and secured a 10-4 half-time lead, as Craig Hall and Jason Chan touched down to give Hull a six-point advantage at the break.
Chris Chester's side picked up where they left off and moved further ahead on the hour mark, as Ben Cockayne secured what seemed like a comfortable 10-point lead.
However, a converted O'Loughlin try on 72 minutes gave the Warriors a glimmer of hope, before Charnley crossed over in the dying moments to snatch a point from playoff-chasing Hull.
