Samoa coach Stephen Betham has made three changes to his starting XV for Le Manu's second Rugby World Cup Pool B fixture against South Africa in Birmingham on Saturday.
Two of the changes come in the forwards, with TJ Ioane and Motu Matu'u replacing Maurie Fa'asavalu and Ole Avei in the flanker and hooker positions respectively.
Elsewhere, Mike Stanley gets the nod over Tusi Pisi at fly-half after the latter missed several kicks at goal in Samoa's opening-weekend victory over USA in Brighton.
All three newcomers will make their first World Cup start.
Springboks coach Heyneke Meyer named his starting XV yesterday, making a total of eight changes to the side that were stunned by Japan in the Pool B opener.
